Experiencing pain is inevitable, however it does not have to determine who we are. My fundamental belief is that pain is a catalyst for personal growth, an indication that something needs healing. Pain helped foster my inner resilience, and ultimately helped develop an understanding that everyone’s pain is distinct and significant. Although remedies maybe painful, but promise a powerful transformative healing experience.
